Dawn Songs poetry reading, Sunday 9/17, 1:30-2pm

Join poets Erin Robertson and Tina Asherae Fields for a fun avian-inspired reading as part of the City of Lafayette's 10th annual Celebrating Migratory Birds festival at Waneka Lake.  Look for us at the shelter near the boathouse.  We'll be reading our work from Dawn Songs:  A Birdwatcher's Field Guide to the Poetics of Migration, an anthology created to celebrate the 30th anniversary of World Migratory Bird Day.  All of the 60 selected authors donated our work, and proceeds benefit American Bird Conservancy's Conservation and Justice Fellowship program.  We have 5 copies left for sale - $20 includes tax.  Erin will be at our booth throughout the 1-3pm festival, and our reading is from 1:30-2pm.
